Working principle of our project is rotary motion is converted into oscillating motion. And oscillating motion is converted in to vibrating motion. First motor is rotated at a speed of 1440 rpm also same pulley is mounted on vertical shaft. Due to electric supply motor is rotated & power of motor is transmitted to vertical shaft through v-belt. Because of axis of motor and axis of vertical shaft is parallel to each other. Due to this arrangement vertical shaft rotate and produce oscillation. Oscillation are produced because of unbalanced weight provided at both the end of shaft. Oscillation produced are transfer to bearing housing.

Bearing housing to flange in between flange & bearing housing ball bearing are provided therefore only oscillating motion is converted into vibration through suspension. Top of suspension & frame fuel tank are attached in this tank fuel is filled and filter are dipped in tank. Due to vibration fuel tank also vibrate because of vibration of fuel tank filter are cleaned.
