Abstract
In wind energy generation the combining the wind power generation system with power generation system with energy storage will reduce fluctuation of wind power. since it requires capital investment for storage system. The wind energy resources developed research progress analysis and assess the Northwest resources development and utilization of wind energy. Northwest Territories in china is very rich in wind energy resources. In wind energy conversion-based generation necessitates additional study of the economic implication of wind plant integration. In wind energy in electrical power supply, their influence on the mains stability and their reliable energy contribution will becomes more relevant .Especially at points of common coupling of weak grid branches fluctuating power output of wind energy conversion can be harmful for the grid stability. In order to access the potential of wind energy resources in Jiangsu coastal area, observation and simulation method are used.
INTRODUCTION
Wind energy is clan, non-polluting and renewable energy sources. The greatest advantages of wind energy is renewable and non-polluting.the utilization of wind energy resources through laws and regulations, financial and other means. With development the cost of wind energy resources developed has been reduced and the technology of wind turbine generator is upgraded to the large unit capacity. Wind generation is one of the fasted growing source of electricity and one of the fasted growing market in the world today.
ANALYSIS OF PAPER
In different paper has different approaches are used. In the combination of wind power generation system with wind energy storage system to reduce both fluctuation of wind power and operating cost and make wind power with more reliable capacity.
In this system has storage capacity is required but insufficient storage capacity.
In Jiangsu coastal area wind energy resources are high. The wind speed at height of 10m is about between 4m/s and 5m/s along the coastal and between 5m/s and 7m/s at the offshore and island.
WIND ENERGY MODELLING & WIND PLANT MODELING
In the energy market modeling the state-of the-art of energy market, and the energy market model that the wind plant model is developed. A distinguish feature of the wind plant plant model developed in this work is that it is specifically designed for interation into an energy market simulator.
Wind plant integration, especially at high penetration levels, impacts many aspects of power system operation, which in turn affects the clearing of a corresponding market.
APPLICATION
The application of wind plant model to a study system is demonstrated.
• The market model is used for small bus bar i.e. 5bus bar.
• The storage capacity is increases by the use of wind turbine.
• It control the fluctuation by MM5 model.
• In coastal areas wind energy is large.
• By the use of wind energy conversion system control the wind energy.
• Using the stochastic dynamic optimization ,the main aim of the minimize the output power fluctuation, while maximizing wind power utilization at the same time.
COCLUSION
• THE MODELS ARE USED FOR SMALL BUS BAR.
• Storage capacity is insufficient.
• Wind energy fluctuation are control.
• In coastal area , sensors are allotted at particular height.
