I am a retired airlines employee with 30 years experience. There are colleagues like me who retired from service and looking for job openings. I am interested in setting up a call center for airlines, involving all my former colleagues who have vast experience. I need to know about following
1. Can the employees work from their homes and answer telephone calls from the customers, which can be monitored.
