I am having one inverter Airconditioner compressor. It has three terminals.both or same ohms. It is working PWM mode.is there any cirucit to operate please suggest.
An inverter control circuit is disclosed in an air conditioner, wherein the inverter control parameters are changed depending on the open air temperature, the cooling / heating operation mode of the air conditioner, taking into account the Fact that the maximum permissible. The current of the semiconductor devices that constitute the inverter depends on the cooling capacity and the station. In the winter heating operation where the free air temperature is low, a larger current can flow into the inverter.
It starts with the compressor that uses 95% of the power consumed by an air conditioner. In all highly efficient AC-powered mini-split units, domestic electricity enters the air conditioner and passes through a rectifier, a component that converts the incoming AC current to DC ). The direct current passes through a frequency controller that applies power to the motor. The frequency of power determines the output of the motor, which can be digitally managed to precisely control the speed of the motors. Because DC power can be used more efficiently, all of the most efficient AC pumps and heat pumps on the market use DC compressors.
In an off-grid solar configuration in which an AC-powered air conditioner is operating from inverted solar energy, energy is becoming a reality twice. First, the native DC power of the solar panels is inverted to the AC by the inverter, and then the power is converted back immediately to DC after entering the air conditioner.
A key difference with our system: The DC4812VRF omits all these conversions and uses DC power directly without loss of conversion.
