Abstracts: Crowdsourcing represents the act of a company or institution taking a function once performed by employees and outsourcing it to an undefined (and generally large) network of people in the form of an open call. This cantake the form of peer-production (when the job is performed collaboratively), but is also often undertaken by sole individuals. This crowd sourcing includes various features like crowdfunding, ideas comparison,etc.firstly, user submits an ideas to the community then secondly, groups of people votes on that ideas about how the idea is, etc, and finally, the best ideas bubbles up as the solution to the query being submitted. This type of idea sourcing is out of the new social networking technology.
