Abstracts: ABSTRACT Customer Help Service application will provide the facility like just dial or yellow pages. In this application, there are mainly two modules named admin module and employee module. Employee can register the business firm, can handle the customer when he/she calls for the inquiry and can send message and email to the customer about inquired category firms and also send message and email the customer details to the inquired firms. Employee also can generate annual reports about the firm inquiries and response given by this application. Employee can search categories and product for the customer. If product or category is not found in our application, employee has to search on Google and has to send message manually. Admin can give the rating to the firms which are helpful to employees in the searching the firm or product. Higher rating companies will be displayed first in the searching. Admin can add the employees and can add, update and delete the city and area information for the searching and adding the product for the particular are and city. Admin can also add, update and delete the category and product as per the new registration is pending and there is no such category or product in our application.
