The client uses MS Excel, and maintains their records, however, it is not possible to share multiple system data in the multiuser environment, there is a lot of duplicate work, and the possibility of error. When records are changed they need to update each excel file. There is no option to search and print previously saved records. There is no security; Any body can access any report and sensitive data, there are also no summary report reports. This seating arrangement system is used to overcome the whole problem they are currently facing, and to make the complete atomization of the manual system into the computerized system.
