A regulator controls the average engine speed under full / medium / variable load conditions by regulating the supply of working fluid to the engine. As the load on the engine increases, its speed begins to decrease. Therefore, the governor increases the fuel flow to maintain the average speed of the engine constant. Maintains the average engine speed constant over a period of time.
A The flywheel stores the excess power of rotation of the power stroke and the supply back during races without power of the engine cycle. In Flywheel, there are variations of energy but it makes the crankshaft run at constant speed in each stroke of the cycle. The steering wheel controls the speed for only one cycle.
