The instantaneous brake in both directions occurs as a result of the application of a reverse voltage across the motor running for a short period and the motor speed control can be achieved with the PWM pulses generated by the microcontroller. Engine operating buttons are provided which are interconnected with the microcontroller which provides an input signal and, in turn, controls the engine speed through a motor drive IC.
