ABSTRACT
In many electrical and electronics operated systems, the temperature is one of the most important factor to be considered in design and application point of view. Some times because of overheat the system may gets permanent damage particularly in industrials .To overcome this problem a concept is taken, designed as TEMPERATURE SENSOR BASED AUTOMATIC PROTECTION OF BOILER.
This project is designed with the concept of protection of a system from over heat. In this project the temperature sensor plays an important role, the output of the sensor is fed to trigger circuit so that at a particular temperature the trigger circuit gets activation and control the relay driving circuit. The relay driving circuit gets switching operation. When the relay gets excitation the power supply to the mailer will be disconnected. If the temperature reduced below a particular value again the relay will re connects the power supply, in such a way this project protects the boiler from over heat. This type of projects can be used in electrical power plants, Hotels, substations and wherever the system to be protected from over heat.
