Airtel and its impact on the perception of Airtel Cellular Services.Research has conclusively proven that it is much more costly to win a new customer than to maintain an existing one. And there is no better way to retain a customer than to exceed expectations. For this it is essential to know the level of customer satisfaction. The focus of my research was measuring the level of customer satisfaction for the services provided by Bharti Airtel. The investigation was conducted for Bharti Airtel's corporate clients. My job was not only to represent the Corporate Sales Department and collect the opinions of the clients, but also to obtain the most important complaints through internal advice. There can be no better opportunity to interact with the external as well as internal customers of an organization. Finally, research results prove that keeping the customer satisfied is the best strategy to not only retain existing customers but also to expand the business to new horizons.
