CENTRALISED ALLOTMENT PROCESS (CAP)
Instructions to the Candidates
Login using the application number and password to view the trial allotment.
Trial allotment explores the possibility of applicants in the college/programme of
their choice that may vary first allotment to be published on August 23
rd
. The trial
allotment does not guarantee that the candidate will get allotment in a college or
programme of his/her choice for options may be modified by the candidates after the
trial allotment. After trial allotment, candidates will have the provision to modify
option details upto 21/08/2012, 5 pm (i.e addition/deletion/rearrangement of
options).
Modification of options after the commencement of actual allotment will be limited
to rearrangement/deletions only.
Procedure for Modification Options, if necessary
Login using the application number and password
If the candidate wants to change his/her option already registered, he/she may revise
the options as desired (i.e addition/deletion/rearrangement of options) and should
see that the options are listed as per his/her priority. Candidates should save the
options after modifications.
There is no need to submit the printouts of the modified options to the University
Candidates should take care to logout after completing the Option
addition/deletion/rearrangement process
The actual allotments will be done solely based on the details given by the candidate
in online application. Any discrepancy in the online details furnished by the
candidates with the original documents submitted at the time of admissions will
lead to the cancellation of allotment. For the same reason, the correctness of the
applications is the responsibility of the applicants themselves
