The job was to compile the operating efficiency of the various projects in the field of remote services and audit on the compliance with the agreed service level agreements (SLA) and the amount of work (start). I closed 9 Dealer Management System (DMS) projects and 6 Desktop Operation Center (DOC) all together. Finally, I proposed service improvement plan (SIP) based on the ITIL Framework.
