Abstracts: Stove is thing which is used for burning the wood. House hold stove is less efficient than the industrial stove. The project deals with the use of the woods in stove, low cost industries & engineering workshops in efficient manner. It concentrates on the effective & efficient use of wood gas obtained by burning of wood. In this project work the design of wood stove is done such that it utilizes & maximizes the heat energy & minimizes the polluting gases. Basically, the project "FABRICATION OF EFFICIENT WOOD-GAS STOVE" works on re-burning of wood gas which produced by gasification process of burning wood. By burning of wood in domestic way the produced gas contains CO2 (carbon dioxide) & H2O (water vapour).By chemical reaction of these gases with hot carbon©, it produces CO (carbon monoxide) & H2 (hydrogen) gases. These gases are highly flammable, which are used for burning & regain access energy in form of heat. Thus, it results in maximization the efficiency of wood burning energy & reduction in polluting gases in exhaust gases. The proper construction of burning chamber, cyclone separator & other arrangement also improve the utilization of heat energy.
