Concept:
When we pump the gases from the water box in the refrigerator by rowing a bicycle, we create a low pressure area inside the box and because of this low pressure area, the water begins to evaporate, and for that evaporation the water needs heat Which takes from the surrounding area inside the refrigerator. This way, it refreshes our refrigerator.
The steam is generated in the evaporation process that was later absorbed by the zeolite as shown in the video. The absorption of the vapor is a property of the zeolite that is why we use it for this experiment.
