I need the final project report for "Position Matching Based Autonomous Speed Regulation System for Vehicles".Could someone help me with the materials?
The main idea behind this project is to develop a nonintrusive system which can detect fatigue of the driver and issue a timely warning. Since a large number of road accidents occur due to the driver drowsiness. Hence this system will be helpful in preventing many accidents, and consequently save money and reduce personal suffering. This system will monitor the driver’s eyes using eye blink sensor and by detect symptoms of driver fatigue early enough and also control the vehicle to avoid an accident.
The real time dangerous behaviors are based on fatigue, whether it is due to eye closing or head nodding or the brain activity. The technique which already exists is more accurate, but is not realistic. Since highly sensitive electrodes are being attached directly to the driver’s body and hence which can be annoying and distracting the driver. In addition, long driving would result in perspiration on the sensors, diminishing their ability to monitor accurately. It just alerts the driver but not control the speed of the vehicle automatically.
The eye blink sensor monitors the driver eyes continuously. Based on eyes are open or closed, the vehicle is being controlled. If it detects the fatigue, vehicle speed is controlled in steps and based on the output given by the obstacle sensor; the vehicle is parked to the left side of the road and up to the white line which is at end of the road. While parking to the left sides of the road the other vehicles are intimated by the left side indicator. After parking the vehicle, it will switch on the parking lights. If we find any obstacle in front of the vehicle, immediately it stops the vehicle. It gives intimation to the driver through the buzzer.
