In order to save the controllable costs, finance/accounting department concerns the usage of mobile phones, as per our analysis we came to know the expanses incurred for mobile phone usage is very high and unacceptable in some cases,
We have to utilize the mobile phones more wisely in order to control expenses. Per our scrutiny we know that man of the employees working in office are using mobile instead of using landline of which we can save money.
By this memo we are requesting habitually and with no thought, employees like clerk, and other employees having company provided cell phones to use land line instead of mobile phone whenever possible.
Finance department will keep monitoring the usage of the mobile phone for each individual employees and in case of non compliance of the said memo we will be forced to bring this matter to management attention.
