Abstract of the Project done Project is done to install the EOT crane and to increase its efficiency of the crane. An E.O.T. crane stands for Electric Overhead Travelling crane. this is used for handling & moving a maximum specified weight of the components called capacity of the crane within a specified area. the crane can be operated manually or by electric power. Double Girder Overhead Cranes Capacity: up to 100 Ton. Span: up to 30 meters Long travel speed: up to 40 meter/min Cross travel speed: up to 20 meter/min Most 25-to 30-year-old overhead cranes were designed to handle a set amount of cycles. Today, many machines produce nearly twice as much. Increased tonnage has amplified the need for a larger load. It is now common place for loads that weigh more be lifted twice as frequently.
