The whole system is connected to the vehicle (BUS or train). Encoded RFID tags are placed at BUS stops or at railway stations. The microcontroller in the TRAIN is programmed in such a way that each station name saved in the voice chip is having a unique code. So every time the bus or train arrives at the station, the reader on the bus or on the train receives the codes, which are transmitted from the tag and the microcontroller receives this code and checks in the search table, saved in the chip. Whichever match, the controller will send the command to the voice chip to play that particular voice. At the same time, the train will stop for about 10-15 seconds at the station and then, before leaving the station, will start again to announce "PLEASE ENTER THE TRAIN, THE TRAIN SHALL BE AT 6 SEC" and the train will start moving to the next station. The voice chip will play the voice and be heard on the speaker. This voice repeats itself until the train leaves the station.
The automated system for a subway rail is an integrated application that makes announcements and displays the relevant station information when the train arrives at a particular station. The implementation of the article is based on radio frequency labels and corresponding readers. Serial communication, non-volatile memory storage, voice chip implementation and others help to achieve the desired functionality. This integrated application focuses mainly on overcoming the loop holes in the existing system. It is optimized to meet the requirements of cost and energy consumption.
