On March 7 1923, Natwarya Khadilkar established the newspaper 'Navalakala'. He was successful in 'Navalakala'. The British government filled the case of sedition (9 February 1929) about the new postal editor and his comments. On March 27, he was sentenced to one year of simple imprisonment and a fine of two thousand rupees. But it was a British quadrilateral. As soon as it was, he decided to abandon and wrote the editor of 'Naval' accordingly. In March 1929, his eldest son Yashwant Krishna alias Appasaheb Khadilkar was edited.
