This system is used to monitor the speed of the vehicle and to slow the vehicle at slow speed or the programmed limit speed by using proximity sensors and wireless. Automatic vehicle monitoring has become a very essential scenario in recent years and can become possible through the application of the following technology. The beginning of the 21st century was the moment when the importance of environmental awareness was instigated. One of the main concerns about the environment is air pollution. The main pollutants of vehicles are carbon and nitrogen oxides, which can be easily detected these days with the help of semiconductor gas sensors. The system consists of a global positioning system, an IoT module and a GSM board. The gas sensor detects the gas produced due to excessive contamination and the microcontroller board determines the proportion and if it is higher than the Bharat Stage 6, the GPS system sends the coordinates to the nearby RTO. The warnings received will be saved and if the warnings exceed more than three times or if the level of pollution increases drastically the vehicle automatically provides navigation to a nearby safe area. Security zones are detected automatically with the help of IoT and GPS technologies. A vehicle speed monitoring sensor is used and coupled with the IoT to reduce the speed of the vehicle in specific places, for example school zones, hospitals, accident prone areas, etc. If this technology is used, the parameter of safety and reduction of pollution levels can be achieved, as well as the prevention of accidents.
