The EOT Crane Working Principle system consists of three working movements: crane lift, lateral lift, lateral truck movement and longitudinal crane movement.
1. Transmission of hoisting system: the driving force of the hoisting mechanism is the motor. It transmits energy to the end of the high speed shaft of the gearbox by means of gear coupling, compensation shaft and brake wheel coupling. Then through the gearbox to reduce the high revolution of the engine to the required revolution, and the output by the low speed shaft of the reducer. The annular gear of the drum transmits the driving force to the drum assembly, then through wire ropes and pulleys drives the crane hook up and down, to finish lifting the heavy objects up and down.
2. Transmission of the crane Truck's traveling system: the driving force of the crane truck comes from the engine. Transmits power to the end of the high speed shaft of the gearbox by means of brake wheel coupling, compensation shaft and half gear coupling. Then through the gearbox to reduce the high revolution of the engine to the required revolution, and the output by the low speed shaft of the reducer. And then, by means of a half gear, compensation shaft, the half coupling linkage of the gear with the drive wheels of the cart, to drive the cart which drives the drive wheels, so that the finishing cart carries heavy objects by lateral movement.
3. Transmission of the crane displacement system: the driving force of the crane carriage comes from the engine. It transmits power to the end of the high speed shaft of the gearbox by means of brake wheel coupling, compensation shaft and half gear coupling. Then through the gearbox to reduce the high revolution of the engine to the required revolution, and the output by the low speed shaft of the reducer. And then by a full gear coupling joint with the crane drive wheel shaft, so that the crane drive wheels rotate, so that the finishing bridge carries heavy objects by lateral movement.
