3D Landscape Soil Fertility Plot System

Architecture

Humidity sensors are used to measure the concentration of water in the soil.
A signal conditioning circuit is used to level the sensor values for proper data acquisition.
A multi-channel ADC board is used to convert humidity concentration values into digital counterparts.
A centralized PC is used as a data logger, which constantly retrieves the ADC values and stores them into database/files.
The system depends on external inputs for the latitude and longitude values of the location from where the data is acquisized.
The X-Y coordinates of the location can either be entered via a GPS receiver connected to the serial port or manually using a standalone GPS receiver.
The data logger (PC) after acquisizing the values from all the locations build’s a 3D landscape based graph.
Data logger is used to acquisize the analog values over time.
Averaged values for all the locations (sensor locations in fields) are used to plot the 3D landscape equivalent plot.
Just one view at this 3D plot enables the user to decide the humidity levels at every location in the field.
