Process Quality

1. Introduced Process setting chart for Injection Moulding machines.
2. Set up approvals introduced for operation.
3. Batch no along with lot no. & batch production introduced for better traceability of products.
4. Process mapping done, through put time captured for each individual product.
5. Raw material analysis & performing Testing along with correct batch no.

Quality Assurance

1. Introduced effective data collection for defects as product wise, date wise, operator wise, inspector wise, Shift wise.
2. Defect v/s process parameter mapping done for each product.
3. For better communication & understanding, started daily shop floor meetings & fortnight meeting along with Supervisor & operators.
4. Started capturing & analyzing daily process scrap, break down scrap for injection moulding machines. Scrap analysis e.g. shift wise & person wise, section wise.
5. Achieved overall scrap level of moulding parts Reduction in nos.
6. Achieved Internal Q-No from 20000 to 8500 (Rework % reduced)
7. Improving Quality by using 7 QC tools.
8. Developing Quality Assurance plan for new machines.
9. Developing Quality plans for development components
10. Support and Co-ordinate with Processing and Design department
11. Monthly basis Effectiveness Monitoring for targets rejection by Data Analysis
12. Detail Analysis of Defects to set corrective action
13. Standardized the Procedure for Product testing, work instruction, sop.

TPM

1. Worked as a QM-Pillar in TPM with KPI-KAI linkage study.
2. Prepared all Moulding defects stratification & their types.
3. Systemize the data collection methods w.r.t. Man, machine, material, method.
4. Defect location w.r.t. Different Moulding process.
5. Prepared Control Charts for each & every defect & standardized the things wherever it required w.r.t. Man, machine, material, method.
6. FMEA prepared for all defects, Why Why Analysis, Pokayoke, Kaizen, OPL these tools used for better results in ROQ (Rate of Quality)
7. As per JIPM Methodology, worked Familiar with on ECRS Analysis and CLITA Activity & Kaizens, OPL & POKO YOKE results in terms of PQCDSM Methodology.
