Designation: Asst.Manager (Audit & Accounts) (Head Office).
Reporting to: General Manager (Audit & Accounts).
Job Responsibilities:
Preparation of Monthly Information statement (MIS) Report.
Handling Branch and Region Accounts.
Appearing before Income Tax and Sales Tax Authority scrutiny Assessment Procedure.
Debtors Control and Analysis: Monthly movement of debtors, focus on old debtors and Reconciliation, debtors provision and ageing analysis.
Loan and Advances Schedules required under Schedule VI after reconciliation (quarterly) for audit purpose.
Monthly Branch performance Efficiency Report.
Preparing and Publishing a Report for monthly Meeting.
Monitoring and Control of regional Expenses.
General Budgets and forecasts on a quarterly basis.
Responsible to allocate work among the team members and getting that work done by end of day, to keep a vigilance that all the requests received through faxes are properly replied on time and on the basis of priority.
Handling problems of other members of the team.
Personal Strength:
Fast learner with creative and analytical skill.
Excellent Teamwork and leadership skills.
