Maintain the Log Book and effective follow up system, Check the daily arrival list and monitor all VIP movement.
Ensure that the guest has a pleasant stay by supervision of; Room allocation, Smooth Check in & Check Out, Special requirement of the guest.
Resolve guest problems quickly, efficiently and courteously.
Reporting to Front Office Manager.
Ensure all guest receive a swift, smooth, professional and friendly check in check out.
Respond to inquiries and resolve problem in an effective manner..
Taking care of VIPs & Regular guest
Handle additional responsibilities as and when delegated by the management.
Maintain all the register
Front desk Handling.
Daily Rooms allotment,
Group check-in
Making all front office reports.
Co-ordinate with department
Night auditor
