Organizing the electrical works and completes the job, as per the drawings, at the earliest with maximum quality and minimum labour considering QCT factor.
Mobilizing the team for the new projects as and when required. Tracking the progress and quality of the works executed.
Organizing estimation for projects. Training fresh Engineers, Ensure the quality of material using, Up-dating all the drawings according to the changes, Assisting the purchase dept. in negotiating the rates of materials and work order (HT works & LT works), Always ensuring the safety of workers.
