QUALIFICATION:-
Matriculation from CBSE board New Delhi in year 2003.
Diploma in Mechanical Engg. From Guru Nanak Dev Polytechnic College, Ludhiana under Punjab State Board Of Technical Education & Industrial Training, Chandigarh in year 2007.
RESPONSIBILITIES:-
To coordinate with the Research & Development Machine Tool Design
Deptt. to make the new modifications in scrapped Machines.
To coordinate with Maintenance Department to redesign the broken & worn parts of the machines.
To designing & freezing of process sheets of camshaft, cam gears and
after the completion of their development.
To Design jigs & fixtures involved in Development of new Products.
Maintaining drawing record and ECN (Engg. Change Note).
To execute PPAP, APQP Documents to the customers
MAJOR ASSIGNMENTS: -
Conversion of MAZAK CNC Turning Lathe machine into Cam Milling machine.
Modification in Horizontal Drilling machine to use it as a special purpose.
Development of Railway Camshaft having 100kg finish weight.
Modification in Cam Profile Tester to make it usable upto 1200mm length and 200 diameters.
Layout of the plant and machinery setup in plant layout according to sequence of operations
KEY SKILL:-
Develop products like Camshafts, Gears and Tractor linkage parts. etc.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes like Forging, Turning, Milling, Boring Hobbing, Grinding etc required for the manufacturing of transmission components.
Innovative & creative ideas for modification
Working experience Solid works and AUTO-CAD designing software.
Good computer proficiency.
Currently Rejoined Emson Group since June 2013 to perform the responsibilities of a Product Development Engineer.
