Sales & Operations:
Responsible for arranging seminars and presentation at colleges/Institutes to increase the foot fall.
Team Handling and training the Employees on New Products and Interpersonal Skills.
Human Resource:
HR related activities: Taking interviews, Attendance, Leave Application, Employee, Joining Formalities, Exit Formalities, ID Cards etc.
Administration:
To ensure smooth functioning of Admin.with minimal complaint levels.
Timely submission of all reports including reports of all the counselors working in my supervision etc.
To ensure smooth operation of the organization.

Self-motivated.
Logical/analytical mind.
Team working skills – Team player.
Enthusiastic and energetic.
Interpersonal skills - Ability to socialise and relate to others.

I enjoy listening to a variety of music.
