Job Responsibilities:-
Handling the daily operation of 63 MW Thermal Power Plant. Monitoring plant performance and initiating proactive actions for any unfavourable variance.
Complete maintenance of CFBC boiler of 135 TPH CFBC High Pressure Water Tube Boilers, & boiler of 80 TPH and 70x2 TPH AFBC Medium Pressure Water Tube Boilers and 3 set of turbine having rated capacity 15MWx2 and 33MW.,, Turbine - Generating Sets with Air Cooled Condenser & its Auxiliary of total 63 MW capacity and Utilities including 11 Air Compressors of atlas & Ash Handling System, coal handling plant High pressure feed water pumps.
Responsible for handling normal plant operations including start-ups, shut-downs.
Responsible for optimizing plant operating parameters for plant efficiency and spotting problems in the incipient stage.
Responsible for trouble-shooting under emergency plant operations.
Responsible for maintaining various records and reports of operational parameters.
