RESPONSIBILITIES
• Overseeing scanning and dispatching of medicine to customers
• Planning, Routing and Following up on Delivery of medicine to customers.
• Receiving, Filling and following up on Proof of Deliveries.
• Running Sitelite Enterprise reports on daily basis and submitting the same to DDC.
• Generating SLE report on On time delivery and submitting the same to DDC
ACHIEVEMENTS
• Through good planning I was able to harmonize the Dispatch and SLE Scanning process thus eliminating delays.
• Able to hand accurate SLE reports in time to the DDC.
• Able to file PODs efficiently and provide them anytime upon request
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Physically checking products for dispatch against the System Generated Pickslip
• Allocating and Overseeing loading products in delivery vehicles
• Following up on PODs and checking any discrepancies in distribution.
• Allocating pick slips to warehouse operatives and following up on the same to avoid delays.
ACHIEVEMENTS
• Able to meet cut off timings
• Able to file PODs efficiently and provide them anytime upon request
• Able to meet dispatch deadlines accurately
