Brief explanation of Manufacturing Process (current):-

The manufacturing process of insulated doors involves different process such as assembly of doors, wall frames, rails & canopy etc.The installation
Materials are packed in a carton & dispatched with the doors for its erection at the site. The brief of each process are as hereunder:-

a) PUF-PANEL ASSEMBLY: - Currently PUF-Panels are being outsourced from different vendors in Delhi/NCR region in different sizes & thickness as per the customer requirement. These Puff-Panels are assembled using aluminum/SS profiles & corner angles.

b) WALL FRAME ASSEMBLY: - Sheet metals for wall frames are being outsourced. After fitting the reinforcement plates, it gets puffed at different vendors. After puffing, it finally gets assembled at our shop floor.

c) RAILS & CANOPY: - Aluminum rails are provided for sliding the doors (opening & closing purpose) to the left or right hand side depending on customer requirement. These rails are aluminum extruded sections being outsourced from different suppliers in India. It is cut to the required length, drilled & assembled. The canopy is fitted with the rail.

d) INSTALLATION MATERIAL: - The outsourced installation materials are packed in a carton & dispatched with the doors for its erection at sites.

Proposed manufacturing process:-

To meet our steeply growing volume & quality, Metaflex doors (India) has decided to install its own Puf-Panel manufacturing Press & metering machine.
However, the sheet metals for panel & wall frame will be outsourced; the puffing will be done in our factory premises.

The other activity shall remain same.
