220 KV SWITCHYARD PROJECT

Done the switchyard project as a client of SIEMENS LTD.
 Execution, planning, erection, commissioning & testing of 2 bay extension 220 kV Switchyard of existng 2 incomer of 5 bays 220 KV switchyard.
 Grid Transformer (75 MVA) Erection, commissioning, testing and Monitoring of Grid Transformer 2x75 MVA, 220/34.5kV (ALSTOM make) and its accessories.
 Erection, commissioning & testing of OIP Condenser type Bushing for HV, HV-N & LV and LV-N (ALSTOM make).
 Commissioning, operating & handling of TAN DELTA testing kit( megger make 4000 controller unit & 4010 HV unit) for the testing of transformer HV/LV, HV-N/LV-N bushing (before/after erection of bushing), current transformer, lightning arrestor.
 SF6 Breaker, CT, PT, LA, CVT, Isolator : Erection, commissioning, testing & Monitoring of SF6 Circuit Breaker(Siemens make), Current Transformer (Lamco make), Potential/Voltage Transformer, Constant Voltage Transformer, Lightning Arrester with surge counter, Double break Isolator with Earth switch and without earth switch, Tandem Isolator.
 CRP, RTCC Panel :Erection, Commissioning, Testing & monitoring of Control & Relay Panel, Marshalling Box of Grid Transformer, RTCC Panel, bay marshalling box, ACDB, DCDB.

 Inspection of all material & equipment which are used in the 220 kV switchyard project.
 RELAY: Done the installation & testing of all auxiliary relay, electromechanical supervision relay (Alstom make), Numerical relays, Differential relay (Siemens make 7SJ61), directional relay (Siemens make 7UT61), cable differential relay (Siemens make 7SD610).
 Done the interconnection & tripping scheme in b/w new CRP panel to existing CRP panel for the monitoring, protection and metering of 2 bay extensions 220 KV switchyard.
 Execution, planning for the job of Cable trench, Transformer foundation& All Equipment foundation.
 Done the Structure erection and assembly job of equipment structure(BPI HL, BPI LL, C.B, CT, CVT, PT, LA, Isolator with earth switch & without earth switch, Tandem isolator), silicon rubber insulator , Gantry Tower up to 30 MTR, Towers of Distribution & Transmission Lines, Lightning tower up to 40 MTR, Epoxy post insulator, Epoxy resin type insulator.
 Installation of 4’inch AL IPS TUBE for Transfer Bus/Bus2 with support Structure, AAAC zebra conductor, suspension and tension insulator SRI (silicon rubber insulator).
 Done the job of main earthing grid by M.S rod (32mm), earthing mesh and all equipment earthing, treated & non treated earthing system in switchyard, earthing chamber of Earth Electrode of 40mm &100mm, earthing strips (75*10mm, 50*5mm).
 Done the Scheme checking of all equipment in 220 KV switchyard and monitoring the equipment by sema operation (remote), local and manually.
 Done the stability checking and final relay setting.
 To filled up field quality plan and commissioning check list of all equipment and structure in220 KV switchyard

CAPTIVE POWER PLANT (100 MW)

 Engineering Document, Design & Data Management: as per drawing to plan total material requirement SOQ, Data management, Electrical materials management, Engineering document Study & Data management and load calculations.
 Industrial Electrical Infrastructure, Construction Power, Power Distribution: Done as per site requirement knowledge of to prepare the Single line Diagram, Execution, planning of Electrical infrastructure, power network, power distribution board installation, commissioning, testing, monitoring & Load calculation. Powerwiring and its maintenance.
 Calibration, Testing, Inspection & Validation of Electrical Machinery: Material/ Equipment Inspection & Certification of the electrical Portable tools, Electrical Equipment & Machinery of CPP-3 area, HRSG area, Boiler areas, 220Kv switchyard area.
 Engineering drawing, document & data management study of Single Line Diagram, earthing layout, building layout, lightning layout, cable tray layout, equipment layout.
 GIS (33 KV) Erection, commissioning and testing of 33 KV GIS panel, 8DA10 type up to 40.5 KV voltage level (Siemens make) of 39 bays.

 Generator Transformer (55 MVA) Erection, commissioning & testing of 2x55 MVA Generator Transformer, 34.5/11 KV, Ynd11, ONAN type (Alstom make) and its accessories.
 Station Transformer (16 MVA): Erection, commissioning and testing of 2x16 MVA station transformers, 33/6.6 KV, Dyn11, and ONAN type (Schneider make) and it’s accessories.
 Auxiliary Transformer (2 MVA) : Erection, commissioning and testing of 4x2 MVA auxiliary transformer, 6.6/0.433 KV, Dyn11, ONAN type( Volta amp make) and it’s accessories.
 HT switchgear, PCC, PMCC, MCC panel : Erection, commissioning & testing of 6.6 KV switchgear panel (L&T make), 415 volt PCC and PMCC panel (L&T make), MCC panel (L&T make).
 UPS & Battery: Installation, commissioning and testing of UPS(Gutor makes) up to 300 KVA and VRLA type battery up to 400V-1000AH.
 Bus Duct: Done the installation and assembly job of bus duct for transformer LV side to Incomer of 6.6 kV HT switchgear, PCC, PMCC and MCC.
 Cable Installation : Knowledge of different types of aluminium and copper cables, its size, cable code, its load capacity, voltage grade, Knowledge of HT termination kit of HV cables up to 630 sq.mm., Cable laying and testing of HV/MV cables up to 630 sq.mm, LT and Control cables inside RCC cable trench/pipe rack with supports.
 Cable Trays Installation: Done the job of installation, bending, welding, supports and earthing of various sizes cable trays (ladder and perforated type) at RCC cable trench/ pipe rack.

HT /LT SUBSTATION (33/6.6KV, 6.6/0.433KV, 11/0.433kV, 6.6 /0.433KV

 Engineering Document, Design & Data Management: Engineering drawing, document & data management study of Single Line Diagram, earthing layout, building layout, lightning layout, cable tray layout, equipment layout.
 Done the job as per cable tray layout, Lightning layout, Building Layout and earthing layout.
 Done the laying of HT power cable, control cable & cable tray. (Knowledge of different types of aluminium and copper cables, its size, cable code, its load capacity, voltage grade, Cable laying of HT & LT cable, Control cable, testing of HV/LV cables. Lying of different types of cable trays and ear thing strips of different size.)
 Done the job of grid earthing, Ear thing flat (75*10) mm, transformer ear thing, panel, RMU & earthing of all electrical system.
 Done erection, commissioning and testing of Sub Stations of 33/6.6 KV, 6.6/0.433 KV, 11/0.433 kV, 6.6 /0.433 kV volts.
 Erection, Commissioning and Testing of 2 MVA Distribution transformer oil type as well as Dry type.
 Done the Installation, commissioning and testing of HT breaker 11 kV VCB Ring main unit type.
 Done the Control wiring of Relay, Switchgear, Bus duct, Emergency Push button, Transformer Marshalling box and RMU marshalling box ,Transformer Protection WTI, OTI and BUCHHOLZ tripping, DC supply for control and auxiliary supply for PCC(L&T make).

Industrial electrical infrastructure, construction power, power distribution
