PROJECT:
TOPIC : Performance improvement of induction motor using multilevel inverter.
DESCRIPTION: Multilevel inverter enhances the drive performance through reduction in Total
Harmonic Distortion by increasing the level of inverter.
SOFTWARE : MATLAB
TOPIC : Industrial wireless data tracking system using USART & RS-232 protocols.
DESCRIPTION:
A Microcontroller based wireless data acquisitions system aimed to acquire the data from process and to transmit it to PC through wireless RF link.

ACHIEVEMENTS:
• Secured BEST PROJECT AWARD in engineering final year.
• Won prize for English essay oral in school level and Won prize for drawing in school.

• Presented a paper on “Wireless power transmission” at Ranganathan engineering college.
• Presented a paper on “Nano technology and its applications” at Karpagam university.
• Presented a paper on “Mitigation of Flicker using STATCOM with Three-Level 12-pulse Voltage Source Inverter “at paavai engineering college.
INDUSTRIAL TRAINING:
• Underwent in-plant training at “Hindustan Heavy Electricals Limited” at Coimbatore.
• Attended a PLC based workshop at P.A.college of Engineering & technology.
• Underwent in-plant training at “Selvaganapathy cotton mills India limited” at electrical maintenance department. Attend one day workshop under the topic novel trends in power quality improvement in Jai Sriram group of institution.
