Currently designated as Instrumentation Engineer with M/s Saikrupa Sugar and Allied Industries ltd. Shrigonda, Maharashtra. (40MW co-generation plant) since June 2012.
Major Projects & work experience:
Involved partially in commissioning of 40MW Steam Turbine (condensing type) of M/S Triveni. 180TPH Travelling Grate Boiler, of M/S Hi-Tech and fully automated the complete power plant with DCS: Honeywell C300 of M/S Honeywell.
Involved partially in upgradation of 7500TCD Sugar plant, Mill from M/S. M/S Hi-Tech DCS: Honeywell C300 of M/S Honeywell.
Responsible for shift operation and also maintenance activities as and when required in plant (mainly power co-generation unit).
