PURPOSE STATEMENT
To get a challenging growth oriented position in a prestigious organization where my skills are utilized for improving operations and bringing success to the organization
PROFESSIONAL SYNOPSIS
1 Over 4 year&03 months of experience in accounts in Standard Radiators PVTLTD. I have joined as an asst. accountant. Now I am Executive – Finance & accounts.
2 Involved in setup of data entries likePurchase, expenses, sales, capital purchase & journal vouchers, Debit Notes. Forwarding of cheque payments. Procedure of RTGS Payments.
3 Maintaining of data of Form “C” of Sales/Purchase department& also do the forwarding procedure of it.
4 Compile and organize all export related documentary procedure of the company.
5 Currently I am working in Tally 9 ERP.I am also using En-ccompass (ERP Software) to verify the purchase orders, item codes, item rates& P.O.’s Data checking.
6 Experienced in all types’ expense vouchers, TDS data entry,Service tax data entry and their return related procedure, departmental imprest related activities.
7 Knowledge of Import & Export procedure.Knowledge of Vat. Excise.
Work Experience
Since June 2009, I have been workingin Standard Radiators PVT LTD as an Assistant Accountant. My work is to collect the data, setit in astructured format for voucher entries like purchase, sales, expenses & journal. I am a proficient in the ERP software of the company.
The company manufactures heat exchangers like aluminum radiators, Copper-Brass radiators, Brazed Alu.fin& Tube-Plastic tank radiators, Plate& bar type coolers, Oil coolers like Hydraulic Oil coolers, Transmission Oil coolers, Special application coolers, Intercoolers,after coolers, Combi coolers & other different type of small & large heat exchangers, cores & parts. The company currently manufactures 250 types of products.
I have also have work experience atAnand Paper Mill (Vasna G.I.D.C., Borsad). I have been working here part-time since May 2007. It is a small unit that manufactures corrugated papers for corrugated boxes & sun mica sheets. I am responsible for the preparation of whole accounts of the unit like purchase, sales, expenses, journal and bank vouchers. Now, I also responsible for excise & service tax & TDS Related Activities for this factory.
