Work Experience: At Present working as a Senior Engineer in United Engineers, (Gurgaon) since
02-FEB-2012 to Till Date.
Job Description: To Check the Automoblie parts if any functional or fitment issue. As per Drawing
Specification.
To Attend the global Customer Audit meeting and analysis on defects.
To Repetitive defects, go to supplier visit for corrective Action .
To Make the PPM Report of supplier.
To attend the Rejection meeting & Reject the defective Action .
Monthly Prepartion of Quality Rating of Vendor.
Intraction With store ,Purchase, Production department Related to communication
Quality issue Related to supplier.
Awarness About FMEA, CONTROL PLAN, and FLOW PROCESS PLAN.
As a Team Leader :- Coordinate Activity of 5s , Kaizen sheet, Poka yoke.
