It has the advantage of quick response to customer about the daily trips and offers available.
It allows the customer feedback on the services offered them.
This project provides the customer to get current details of facilitated trips
EXISTING SYSTEM
Customer enquire no of seats available for a trip through phone calls.
Provided with a limited details.
Handling queries over phones results in wastage of time.
DISADVANTAGES
No updates of seasonal offers incase it provides limited details.
Customer queries are not quickly replied.
Customer cannot view vacancy position of seats for any trip.
PROPOSED SYSTEM
This paper present proper list of current seasonal offers and it enables the people to check the availability of seat in each trips and book their tickets through internet.
All booking transactions will be done by using credit cards.
post the queries and view the answers to their queries.
CONCLUSION
With the remote world many developments are made for peoples comfortable .Based on this fact we presented our project provided with new factors to make customer efficient to book tickets and tour locations
