• Developing existing channels of the bank for generating insurance biz
• Engaging in and training stakeholders of the channels for greater involvement in the product
• Designing and executing campaign’s for channels in order to ensure visibility of the product amongst the customer base of the channels
• Tracking , monitoring and analyzing channel performance and taking adequate measures based on analysis for improvement of biz

 Marketing
• Studying different customer segments and developing innovative ways of reaching out to the customers with appropriate communication
• Deciding on the marketing tools and mediums to be used for reaching out to target segments and ensuring that the marketing budget allocated is spent judiciously
• Responsible for ensuring that marketing and promotional spends are justified by biz no’s. Tracking and monitoring marketing spend vis a vis effectiveness of the campaign’s/promotions with the help of marketing services team

• Single handedly designed a model for ensuring visibility of the product amongst a targeted and focus customer segment in top 10 metros of India
