About :Here the project tries to build a prepaid energymeter a new
method to control the excess power consumption by the consu
mer which is placed with a prepaid energy meter with GSM
In this the substation GSM modem sends the number of units
that the user purchases,when the customer uses all the units
the circuit breaker gets activated.And as an add on applicat-
ion whenever the customer uses excess load the circuit breaker
