In an enterprise the mail servers are Linux based and the clients use any POP3 and SMTP clients to download their emails on their local machines. So they are bound to check their mails from one pc only. This problem can be solved if the emails are stored on the server itself and the client applications are made to request the mails by providing the user name and password and the server will provide the client their emails.
For the efficient working of an enterprise, its communication medium should be fast and easy to use so that information flow is fast and hence information is available to the right employees at the right time which helps in improving not only the work efficiency but also in saving valuable time. Hence in our effort to improve the communication medium of an Enterprise, we have developed a Mailing system and a Central Messaging System which would serve the purpose.

It will be a beneficial application for the enterprise since it will provide mobility to the user. Moreover the application also includes Central Messaging application with logs so that the employees can communicate with each other. So they'll stay connected.
This Central Messaging Application would also serve the purpose of broadcasting messages to the intranet which would help to convey important messages such as notices regarding the enterprise activities. Hence the information flow for the enterprise would be integrated and so information would be readily available to all.
