Being the students of final year Information Technology Branch, the concept that emerged in our mind was to develop a Complete Real Estate solution wherein you can find several features integrated into a full fledged package that fits into a web based environment/ infrastructure.Aim of our project is to combine buyers and sellers of various areas into one place. Sellers (Property owner) can post their available properties listing into web using simple form and keep track of all the enquires being made at their property listing.Buyers can search property as per his/her requirement and can discuss the things with sellers and can finalize the deal after paying nominal fees to the website. Right now we are planning to make dummy payment option as we will not get any access to bank or credit card companies directly without paying any deposit (which may vary from 2 lacs to 3 lacs for CC)
