Preparation of cutting plan.
Making of fit up as per the QMS &Part list..
To do marking of welding plan as per WPS document.
Managing welding activities & welder’s level.
Ensure production related activities.
Observe safety rules in the working environment.
Checking the Quality Control activities of the product (DRY SURVEY).
Preparing test reports & documents as records.
Job responsiblities:
Prepare & submit development plan of new product development.
Ensure design quality.
Ensure time schedule & Manage new product development coordination with
Production team.
Ensure completion of projects as per time schedule.
Do Test engineering and get pilot production samples.
Prepare test reports&Support approvals at test institutions.
Support production in case of quality problems.
Implementing design modifications done by customers.
Perform other job related duties assigned.
