As a Diploma Chemical Engineer Having an Apprentice Experience, and Joined in ANDHRA PETRO CHEMICALS LTD, Visakhapatnam in the Year 2005 ,it is Naphtha Based Plant where periodically changed to cover all Sections like HYDROGEN GENERATION,STEAM REFORMING, of the plant as to ensure better under Standing on the total field conditions and having commisioning,startup of our new plant for increasing the plant capacity in advanced process ,and had experience in DCS & field operations in stabilizing of our newly commissioned plant startup. KNOW WORKING FOR STAATSOILE REFINERY IN SOUTH AMERICA.
JOB SPECIFICATION
Working in SYNTHESIS GAS PLANT(HYDROGEN GENERATION)and oxo alcohol plant consists of Hydro Desulphurization, Adiabatic Steam Reforming (using the CRG process), Tubular Steam Reforming, Fired Heaters, Acid Recovery, Hydrogen PSA Unit and Syn Gas Compressor House (CO, CO2, H2 and SynGas Compressors) and DCS operation in operating of Hydrogenation reactors both in liquid and gaseous phase reactions, stabilizing columns like four, refining and isomer, in vacuum and pressure operating system
In Shift I am Responsible for
Monitoring and controlling of process parameters & safety
Equipments condition.
Stabilizing the Plant during the Abnormalities and Emergencies both in field and DCS.
Start ups and shut down of the Plant According to SOP Methods.
Following PSMS System and House Keeping in Work area.
Handing over the Equipments safely for the Maintenance after the
Positive Isolation.
Generating requisite for HOT and COLD work permits for the concerned job
