In most Organisations today,consists of visitors scribbling their name in a paper book.And also in some Organisations they are maintaing their records in MS Excel.When the records are changed they need to update each and every excel file.There is no security, anybody can access any report and sensitive data currently.The gate pass management system is used to overcome the those problems which they are presently facing.The visitor management system allows you to welcome and manage your incoming and outgoing visitors whether they planned or not and making complete automization of manual system to computerized system.
Digital Gate Pass Management System is a software application that records and tracksmovements of visitors,vehicles, college students etc., and also the system archieves all details like name, visit date, address, purpose, duration, contact number etc., of the visitor, who they are there to see, and what their destination in the college.If the image that is retrieved from the state issued photo ID does not clearly represent the current appearance of your visitor a Webcam can be used to quickly capture a current image.Easily logout the visitor when they leave. So this software records all details of authorized visitors, vehicals and college students, faculty check-in and check-out details.This uses advanced technologies and devices like face recognition to give an integrated and technologically futuristic solution
