MESSAGE ME messengeris a person-to-person communication network web site . It is India first free and totally secure text messaging portal that also allows chat, email and social media alerts. The website is India first free text messaging portal. The website apart from text messaging service, allows registered users to chat, get email and social media alerts.Way2SMS messenger supports all mobile networks in India (both GSM & CDMA and WCDMA networks). However, out of standard size of 160 characters Way2SMS allow 140 characters is for users message, rest of the characters will be filled with Sent via MESSAGE ME.

-user can view message.
-critical information like password should be transferred in encrypted form.
1.3.b) Reliability:
- Data validation and verification need to be done at every stage of activity
- validating user input.
- Use of locking mechanism while updating database like transaction processing.
-removing transaction using rollback.

-The messenger being online should be available any time.

-the web application will be built using ‘netbeans’ which has been supported to run on any platform provided the required compilers are available.
- For database mysql would be used, that to has extensive support over many popular architecture and operating system.
