Maintenance of Process Plant
1) Job preparation for applying the work permit for the job.
2) Arranging right spares from the stores with the guidance of my seniors.
3) Coordinating with Process department for preparation of the job.
4) Delivering tool box talk to the workmen on job risks and mitigation plans as understood from process department and risk analysis .
5) Supervision of maintenance jobs on static and rotary equipment.
6) Trial of rotary equipment to the operating specification after the maintenance whenever required.
7) Closure of work permit with proper housekeeping.
8) Preparation of job card, history report of equipment.
9) Preparing IQ & DQ reports for commissioning plants.
10) . Testing and commissioning of various Mechanical - rotary and static equipments .
11) . Making all SOPs of all Mechanical Equipments & plants.
12) . Preparing Spares list for mechanical Equipments and Making PR & PO.
13) . Preventive maintenance of all Reactors & Mechanicals Equipments.
14) . Prepare planning for Shut down of FBC 18.5 TPH Boiler

B.E. Pre Final Year
Organization : ENERGYPACK BOILERS PVT. LTD.
Duration : 10 Days
Area of Work : Manufacturing of Fire Tube Boilers. During
Training I got the opportunity to know the erection of fire tube boiler. Got exposure to learn design and maintenance aspects of Burner, all types of valves , FD Blower , oil feed system.

Duration : 5 Weeks
Area of Work : I got exposure to the best engineering practices adopted for ensuring reliability of the assets.
