The project Netbanking allows customers to conduct financial transactions on a secured website operated by the institution. To access online banking facility, a customer having personal Internet access must register with the institution for the service, and set up some password for customer verification. According to this project a customer can perform following functions: User Account : There are so many easy steps to register more & more users for opening any current / saving account . Account Details : Quality of output in terms of searching , exploring and generating the mini statements regarding the any user account . Paying the Bills : User can easily pay the bills for many different types of companies / oraganisations / departments by some easy steps . Quality of Output : User can see more details regarding the saving/current accounts with generating the statements . Current Logged users : The web application provides a better way to show the details about the current working logged users .
Netbanking or Online Banking allows customers of a financial institution to conduct financial transactions on a secured website operated by the institution, which can be a retail bank,virtual bank, credit union or building society. To access a financial institution's online banking facility, a customer having personal Internet access must register with the institution for the service, and set up some password for customer verification. The customer will link to the customer number any of those accounts which the customer controls, which may be cheque, savings, loan, credit card and other accounts. To access online banking, the customer would go to the financial institution's website, and enter the online banking facility using the customer number and password. The common features fall broadly into several categories: A bank customer can perform non-transactional tasks through online banking, including - 1. viewing account balances 2. viewing recent transactions 3. downloading bank statements 4. viewing images of paid cheques 5. download periodic account statements Bank customers can transact banking tasks through online banking, including - 1. Funds transfers between the customer's linked accounts 2. Paying third parties, including bill payments 3. Investment purchase or sale 4. Loan applications and transactions, such as repayments of enrollments 5. Register utility billers and make bill payments 6. Financial institution administration Online banking is booming each day with a constant increase in the number of people using this service to carry out their bank transactions (transfers, payments, inquiries etc.). This increased interest in culture of online banking has subsequently raised the concerns over the security that is needed to protect online banking in order to shield these transactions as well as establishing a secure mechanisms for information exchange that prevent fraud and safeguard the personal data.
