Established in the year 1986, Mark Auto was rechristened SKH Metals in 2006 with the takeover of the management by Krishna Group. It has since then grown from strength to strength in last 7 years along with its principal customer Maruti Suzuki.
SKH Metals was awarded major business and thus followed MSIL in establishing a new plant in Manesar. This new facility is spread over 4 acres. This facility was further expanded to 6 acres in 2009-10 to service the growing business of MSIL
