This is a project report on “EME CENTRALIZED DATABASE”. During the making/developing of this project we explored new ideas and functionality behind the working of a Software. This project is the output of our planning, schedule, programming skill and the hard work and this report reflects our steps taken at various levels of programming skill, planning and schedule. We have learnt a lot during this project and liked the improvement in our testing skills and deep concept related to these kinds of projects. This project is aimed at developing a CENTRALIZED DATABASE SYSTEM for some organisations. A centralised database is a structured set of data held in a computer especially one that is accessible in various ways. A database usually consists of a storage area where information is stored which can be accessed and managed easily. The information about the company employees could easily be managed using this system. It will make it easy for the employees to maintain large amount of information regarding students in an effective manner like it’s easy to maintain the follow-ups and

OBJECTIVES:
· To promote application of Information Technology in the Union Territory of Chandigarh in accordance with the IT Policy of Chandigarh Administration.
· To carry out all such activities that are commensurate with the IT vision of the Chandigarh Administration as outlined in IT Policy.
· To promote e-Governance, Software Exports, create IT Infrastructure, generate jobs in IT as outlined in the IT Mission of the Chandigarh Administration.
· To facilitate the establishment and functioning of data processing computer centers.
· To provide consultancy services and impart training in various disciplines of Information Technology.
· To facilitate the development of software packages as well as related items and undertake turnkey project / assignments in India and abroad in Information Technology by public and private sector companies in the Union Territory of Chandigarh in order to promote the application of Information Technology for the benefit of citizens of Chandigarh.
INTRODUCTION TO PROJECT
1.1 Objectives:
There are various objectives to develop this website.
Manually keeping information is very tedious task so its basic objective is to automate the whole internal working of EME group.
It helps employees to keep information regarding the students who are associated with EME group.
It helps the admin to keep check on the employees regarding their work.
It will make it easy for the employees to maintain large amount of information regarding students in an effective manner like it’s easy to maintain the follow-ups and status.
Another objective is to attract students to get training from EME through its clients.
Accept feedback and complaints in return for any improvements required.
Provide notice board to help employees to get notification about currents happenings in the group.
Automatic Employee report generation to get the daily status of the work done by employess.
